Nancy the Mouse is a 29-year-old mother of two daughters - Lily and Elizabeth. She tries her best to keep them in care, while keeping the evil clutches of Chio out of Toontown's reach. She also went to Toontown High as a teenager.

Darrell the Mouse
What was once a hard-working man is now a lazy butt. Darrell is very lazy and keeps Nancy, his wife, on her toes by doing all of the work and taking care of the kids. Previously, he went to Nancy's high school.

Larry the Mouse
Larry is a shopkeeper in the Toontown Shop. Quickly having a form of lust for Nancy after meeting her, they began going on dates together. Larry is a nice guy though.

Lily is Nancy's snarky eldest child. Often disrespecting her mother and younger sister, she just want to hang out with her friend Becky Bunny.

Elizabeth is Nancy's youngest child - and is often called an extension of her own mother. She's curious about the world and wants her mother to help her by her side.

Often one of many evils in Toontown, Chio wants to not only kill Nancy, but her kids and friends (which is practically most of the adults in Toontown), which Nancy quickly foils.

Becky is Lily's best friend, of whom she shares many of her personality traits. She is often respected by the students of Toontown Elementary, along with Lily.

Dr. Darwin Duck is a scientist and creates many inventions, like time machines, ray guns, and more. He's friends with Nancy and is one of several people who went to her high school.

In the Trapped in Time mini-series, Chloe is the main man (or woman) in the Bad Bad Bullies club. She tries to stop Nancy, Darwin, Elizabeth, Past Nancy, Past Darwin, and Past Darrell from making the Time-Pad 1000.
